Default Sending Email Settings

There is default Email settings for sending out Email in CreataCRM you can change the behaviour of the Sending of Emails in this article,

It is advise that you dont change these settings, without asking staff in CreataCRM

Goto the Settings in CreataCRM

  1. Click on the Nav button on the corner
  2. Then click on admin

Email Setting Tab

Goto the System SMTP Settings Tab

  1. Use Creata Mail
    1. Check will Use CreataCRM Mail will Switch arrange of services to use Creata mail Tracking Email
    2. Uncheck will use CreataCRM STMP Service
  2. Sending As Name, Changing to another domain, this could cause issue with Sending
  3. SMTP Server

Using Creata Mail

By Default we turn on Use Creata Mail, Service that use this are

  1. CampagnWorkflow
  2. Delay Emails Service - More than one email with attachments
  3. Push Notifications
  4. Client Action Send Email
  5. Single Send Tracking Email Workflow
  6. Customer Alert
